DELTASYS EFORMING 5-AXIS CNC ROUTER comes with robust and reliable HITECO Italy tilt head. This machine is being widely used for plastic and composite trimming, pattern & moulds for composite and sand casting industries. This versatile 5-Axis is available with either single moving aluminium tables or moving beam gantry type.

Excellent Structural Rigidity

All steel components use FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to optimize rigidity and anti-Vibrations properties. Prevents cutting resonance and prolongs tools life and increases work piece accuracy and production capabilities.

Optimized spindle box

Optimized design, rectangular ratio 1:1.125 provides rigid Z axis travel. Spindle box interior has rib reinforcements to increase cutting and feeding rigidity and stability.

Optimized Z Axis Balance system

Twin tank counter balance loop design. Driver set firmly attached to Z axis provides precision response to servo motor and high thrust machining requirements on Z Axis.

Optimized feeding system

X Y Z Axis are coupled with heavy duty, high precision class linear guideways, with 0.003-0.005mm, Low friction, Low viscosity, optimizes high driven sensitivity and increases great dynamic accuracy.

Optimized feed structure(Motion) system

Three axis coupled with precision Grounded rack and pinion. Racks are mounted on precision machined and scrapped surfaces.

Aluminium Thick Plate Bed Platform

We use aerospace grade aluminium plate of 30mm thick for the bed platform, this bed is made of up of particular grade aluminium so it is stable and at zero level at all the time

Carbon Peek

Deltasys E-Forming CARBON PEEK is considered the highest performing 3D printing super polymer in the entire industry. To the well-known characteristics of PEEK, it adds greater thermal stability and stiffness. The addition of carbon fibers dramatically increases the mechanical properties of the component produced, eliminating the gap with traditional manufacturing techniques.

Deltasys E-Forming PEEK is a semi-crystalline super polymer that combines excellent mechanical characteristics with incredible thermal and chemical resistance properties, used in extreme applications where electrical insulation, high wear resistance and low coefficient of friction are also required.

Matrix

MATRIX is a composite material that combines polyamide with chopped carbon fibers, offering printed parts with an excellent surface finish. The printed parts have good mechanical properties and reasonable flexibility.
